The Patio

With ample patio furniture, it’s great for lounging or having lunch after a morning of surfing and beach play. Keep your eyes peeled for dolphins, whales, and seals, which can often be seen playing in the waves during certain seasons, while gazing at the beautiful sunset.

The Family Area

The spacious living area features tall open beam ceilings and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass windows with ocean views. With seating for 10+ people, it’s perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach, watching a movies (DVD/VCR), or playing board games. On cooler evenings, the fireplace adds a cozy touch.

The Kitchen And Dinning Area

The recently renovated kitchen features new terracotta tile flooring, stainless steel appliances, and an extended tile countertop with bar stools. The original wood cabinets were preserved for their rustic appeal. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, cookware, dishes, utensils, a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, and water cooler with safe drinking water. The kitchen also offers a beautiful view of the beach, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee or a meal while taking in the stunning scenery. Cook up a storm and enjoy a fiesta in the kitchen.

The dining area features a large table with seating for 8, as well as a smaller table that can accommodate an additional 4-5 guests. Both offer breathtaking views of the ocean, with Baja Coronado Islands visible in the background. Enjoy your meals in this beautiful setting.

The Master Bedroom

Enjoy a stunning view of the beach and Coronado Islands from your comfortable pillow-topped queen bed. Step outside through the sliding glass door to the back patio and let the cool ocean breeze revitalize you for another day of adventure.

The Shared Bathroom

This centrally located full bathroom features a shower, toilet, and sink, and adds to the rustic charm of the house.

The Shared Room

This vibrant room is furnished with beach-inspired decor that complements the authentic terracotta floor tiles, creating an ambiance reminiscent of Old Mexico. It features a full size and twin bed with traditional Mexican linens. The kids will be playing a fun game of CachipĂșn (rock, paper, scissors) to determine who gets the top bunk.

The Back Room

The backroom features beach-inspired furniture and a cozy queen bed, as well as a full bathroom with hand-painted Mexican tiles.

Extra Amenities

Conveniently located on site, a coin-operated washer and dryer is available for $1 (US) per load, along with an iron and ironing board. For added peace of mind, the house is equipped with an alarm system, and you will have access to the garage to store your belongings and vehicle.
